"You've got to be before you can do, and do before you can have." - Zig Ziglar

Some of the topics that I’ll be writing about may ruffle some feathers but, I’m at the point where I just flat out really don’t care! My subscribers may think that I am a very outspoken individual due to some of the content that I’ll be discussing but I’m the COMPLETE OPPOSITE in REALITY! I’m usually the shy girl who sits in the back of the room and doesn’t bother to say a peep. I rather observe the type of energy that I’m around to see if it’ll have an impact on my frame of mind. And that’s okay! This is what I like to call self-awareness.

Some of the individuals that may come across my content may be turned off by some of the topics that I'll be discussing since I strongly believe that most people like to keep their skeletons swept under the rug. So.... let me just get to the point! I believe that some people settle for being complacent in the way they choose to live their life. Comfortability can be very debilitating especially if you’re being complacent in the areas of your life that you are dissatisfied with. If you know that you want more for yourself in your life do what is needed to make it happen! I follow this analogy that I created for myself called the: Be Do Have mindset. One of my most notorious quotes is based on that analogy!

I always find myself wanting to create or find something new to do! Rather it'll be life coaching, writing a book, starting a podcast series, creating a business, it's always something new for me! But as long as I know that the goal is attainable I'll do whatever is needed to make it happen! In order for you to achieve any kind of goal that you’ve set for yourself you must first Be what it is that you want for yourself, then you must Do what is necessary to achieve the goal you’ve set for yourself, which will allow you to Have what you envisioned for yourself. Most people do have this mindset but it’s done backwards: Have Do Be. This backward way of thinking will lead to complacency which will result in self sabotage! Don’t talk down on yourself, get rid of those negative beliefs that will keep you complacent! Self-reflection is needed to gain resiliency!
